Potential Vendor Information
Dear Vendor,
It is with great enthusiasm that we notify the community about the
upcoming 11th Festival de Puerto Rico in
commemoration of the discovery of the Island of Puerto Rico. This
year, our biennial festival will take place on Sunday,
November 23, 2008 at the Live Oak Civic Center at
I-35 & Pat Booker Road, NE of San Antonio, Texas from 12:00
noon-6:00 p.m.
The Puerto Rican Festival has always been characterized
as a family oriented, cultural and educational event. During this one-day
celebration which attracts over 3,000 persons from across San Antonio
and surrounding cities, we will bring to the public a safe
atmosphere, flavors and aromas of ethnic and international
cuisine, Latin rhythms and dances, live entertainment and arts & crafts
exhibits.
Vendor’s check-in time is at 9:00 a.m. to set up the booth
and be ready by 11:30 a.m. Exhibitors are required to staff
their booth at all times until the event is over. All vendors
must leave their area clean and be off the premises by 7:00 p.m.
(one hour after the event).
Make sure you read the contract and guidelines and Indemnification
agreement carefully before you send in your application
back to us. Please sign and initial where indicated.
